Heading Southeast on route 41 meets with Route 1 where I took a right turn heading south towards Homestead, a city in Miami-Dade County, nestled between Biscayne National Park to the east and Everglades National Park to the west. It is primarily a Miami suburb and a major agricultural area and now I am passing through farmlands stopping at some of them for a taste of their exotic tropical fruits!
